What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards:

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Elo, and Shop Pay.

What is your return policy?

Since each of our products are unique and custom made for you and your fur babies, unfortunately, we cannot offer returns. Our artists work on your artwork with care and meticulously personalize the product for you. Therefore, no two pieces are exactly alike and will be personal only to you and your fur baby. 

It is important that you take the time to proof the artwork carefully prior to approving so you can ensure that you are satisfied with the final design prior to us sending it production. Once approved, the design will be final and production will begin. 

Should you received the incorrect product, size, or print or your product was damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it without question. Please email us at support@myfourpawpet.com within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case. Kindly include the following information:

1) Order Number

2) Description of the damage or incorrect product, size, or print.

3) Include photos of the above (#2)

If for some reason you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. We value you as our customers and as being part of the myfourpawpet family and are committed to your satisfaction. We will do our best to resolve the issue and to ensure that you are happy with your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $10 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order. Especially during the busy months (holidays), we encourage you to let us know immediately so you can avoid the above fee and our artists can resume with the other artwork in the queue. 

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our Photo Guide, we cannot guarantee the same quality. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. We also can't guarantee any special requests that are out of the ordinary work that our artists do (they could remove red eye, edit eye color). 

Please note that all examples on our website were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on the site.

Ordering and delivery

Do you only do dogs and cats?

All pets are welcome in the myfourpawpet family. This includes: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Horses, Bunnies, etc.

How do I know that my photo is good enough?

If you follow our photo guidelines, your photo most likely will be good enough to use.

• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet
• They don't need to be looking at the camera
• Try to get a close up so we can see your pet's unique features
• Make sure the photo is not blurry
• Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
• Ensure that the fur color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the fur in the photo is not accurate to real life, the fur in the design won't be either

We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email.

If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.

Please note that if you insist in using your original photo even after we have informed you that this may not result in the best quality artwork, then we will not be responsible if the product does result in low quality and cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the final photo you provide.

Note: All examples on our website were produced using high quality photos.

How long does it take to complete the artwork?

Our artists take 2-3 business days to complete your artwork after you placed your order. Once the artwork is finalized and approved by you, the design will then be printed on your product and shipped within 2-3 business days of your approval.


I ordered more than one product but only received one, where are the rest?

We have an assortment of products stocked with various partners through the US and Europe. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! Again, please always contact us if you have any questions at all about your order!

We offer FREE U.S. Shipping on orders of over $75.00. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate depending on the products below:

If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will lengthen the production time.

We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe.

Can I track my order?

Yes. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
